5. Intellectual Property

• • Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide.
• • Our Work: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MedWeb IQ retains ownership of all design concepts until full payment is received.
• • Once payment is complete, final deliverables are transferred to you.
• • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

• • We handle all personal information in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

7. Compliance & Responsibility

• • MedWeb IQ designs websites with reference to HPCSA and POPIA guidelines, but clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of their website content.

While we take care in our work, MedWeb IQ is not liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
